Many cities have multiple competing grocery stores and you can use this competition to your advantage when you are shopping for healthier food choices.

They become socially isolated and have a hard time fitting in. Obesity can also lead to high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and cancer amongst some of the more serious diseases. Liver disease can also develop along with the chance of strokes.
